• Shipping Fees: Buyer may be responsible for both shipping costs.
• Restocking fee: May be charged (Max 10%)

Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items

• Return Window: 14 days
• Shipping Fees: Customercovers original and return shipping fees, if we send the wrong orders EMDRESSES will cover both shipping fee.
• Restocking Fee: will be NOcharge for the restocking fee.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

• Customercan cancel your Placed orders within 3 days with NO charge refund the full payments.
• After 3 days order alreadyconfirmed, will be charge the 10% restocking  (shipping fee will be fully refund)

(Free) Exchanges

You have 7 days to return your eligible item for an exchange. No restocking fee!

All international orders (excluding orders to Canada) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
