RETURNS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Yes, you may cancel your order up to one hour after it is placed via the order confirmation page or in your order history.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on personalized items.
For all U.S. returns for a refund, a $10 restocking fee is applied, per dress (for items returned in person, at a Happy Returns location). A $13 restocking fee is charged for items returned by mail, and a $7 restocking fee is charged for all non-dress returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund.
For all Canadian returns for a refund, a $15 restocking fee is applied per item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund.
We charge a restocking fee as we do not process returns the same way a company that charges more for their dresses might.
For US customers, the $10 restocking fee for dresses returned, in person, to Happy Returns ($13 for items returned by mail and $7 for all non-dress returns) applies to all returns per item. To avoid the fee, request an exchange via an eGift Card.
For Canadian customers, the $15 restocking fee applies to all items returned for a refund. Additionally, all Canadian exchanges are subject to a single flat-rate $14 fee upon checkout of the new order.
Your refund should appear on your account within 3-10 business days after it is processed, depending on your financial institution.
Yes, as long as your return or exchange was set up for multiple items within one order and one return label was provided for all your items! However, if more than one label was provided, please ship the items back separately with the appropriate label provided for each item, in order to ensure your refund or gift card exchange is processed correctly.
